1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and wiin55 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the wiin55 website at wiin55.fun, including all gaming, betting, deposit, withdrawal and promotional features available on the platform.

By registering an account, logging in or placing a bet at wiin55, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a wiin55 account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wiin55 is an adults-only platform and does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose details are provided during registration. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You may hold only one wiin55 account. If you already have an account, you must not register a second one. Multiple accounts belonging to the same player will be closed and any associated balances — including real money balances — may be voided.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your real name, valid contact details and correct date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must keep your account login credentials secure and confidential. wiin55 is not responsible for any losses resulting from you sharing your password or allowing third-party access to your account.

wiin55 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method ownership as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is required before withdrawals can be processed. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence for identity, and a screenshot or transaction record for payment method verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wiin55 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits: wiin55 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of the platform. wiin55 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account KYC verification must be complete. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and by your VIP tier — higher VIP tiers benefit from faster processing. wiin55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing withdrawal funds.

• Withdrawal requests submitted by VIP Bronze and Silver members are processed within standard timelines.
• VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirement completion before processing.
• wiin55 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

wiin55 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

wiin55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and VIP-exclusive promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated at the point of claiming the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotional bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable.
• Bonuses are awarded to the account holder only and cannot be transferred to another player or account.
• wiin55 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited and where wagering is in progress will generally be honoured at the terms stated at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited. Real money deposits are not affected by bonus expiry.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies or coordinated play with other accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited under these Terms.

5. Betting Rules

The wiin55 betting section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODI series and World Cup events), Football, Esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform has specifically activated a Cash Out or Bet Edit feature for that market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules as published in the Help section. For cricket, this typically means incomplete matches are voided unless a result has been determined under the applicable competition rules (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis method for rain-affected T20 and ODI matches).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted until the relevant market is suspended. wiin55 closes in-play markets at its discretion — particularly in cricket at the start of each over or following a wicket, and in football following a goal or red card. Any bet placed after a market-affecting event has occurred but before the market was suspended will be void.
• wiin55 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Players will be notified if bets are voided for this reason and their stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are displayed within the Betting section and may vary by sport and market type.
• Accumulator bets combining selections from the same event or match are not permitted. Each leg of an accumulator must be from an independent event.

6. VIP Programme

The wiin55 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative PKR wagering across all eligible platform sections — including Betting, Sports, Slot Games and Bingo. The following conditions apply:

• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold during a review period may have their tier level adjusted downward.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the review period and credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering conditions applicable to the relevant VIP tier.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal speed and exclusive promotions — are detailed on the VIP page of the platform and are subject to change. Changes to VIP benefits will be communicated to affected players in advance.
• VIP status is personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another player.
• wiin55 reserves the right to remove VIP status from any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, account duplication or fraudulent deposits.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wiin55 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Creating more than one account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of Terms.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing funds from sources you do not own.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting markets, game outcomes or bonus eligibility.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wiin55 staff or other users through any communication channel.

8. Privacy and Data

wiin55 collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transactions and player activity on the platform. By registering a wiin55 account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. wiin55 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Responsible Gaming

wiin55 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online betting and gaming are entertainment activities that carry real financial risk. The following tools are available to all account holders at any time:

wiin55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms has been identified, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance may be archived. Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive for 12 months will be contacted using the registered email address before any administrative action is taken.

11. Limitation of Liability

wiin55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure uptime and accuracy, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that all betting markets will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted, wiin55 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, payment delays or market suspension. wiin55's total liability in any matter is limited to the real money PKR balance in your account at the time the issue arose.

12. Changes to These Terms

wiin55 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised review date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, wiin55 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
